The Dolphin Customer Charter
Dolphin uses a concept of ‘Product Maintenance’ and provides active development and bug fixes at 2 different levels. These levels of product maintenance are defined as:
- Active Maintenance:
Ongoing code-level maintenance for bugs & known issues. Free updates will be made available for this version. - End of Maintenance:
No further code-level maintenance undertaken. No further updates will be issued for this version.
Product Support is also available for Dolphin software. 3 levels of product support are available for Dolphin software. To learn more about the levels of product support, visit the Customer Support Charter.
