Buy a Pen and Get a CD Free - Terms and Conditions
- The free CD licence is registered to the same Pen user and is for the sole use of that Pen licence owner.
- The free CD licence must not be split from the Pen, loaned, sold, donated, or given to any person or organisation, without the prior written consent of Dolphin Computer Access.
- The free CD licence is supplied with the same edition of SuperNova as is supplied on the pen. i.e. Purchase SuperNova Magnifier on a Dolphin Pen and receive a free SuperNova Magnifier CD licence.
- The Pen licence and the CD licence share the same Dolphin software serial number and therefore future upgrades of the Pen licence will also upgrade the CD licence. Future upgrades will be chargeable at the normal Pen upgrade prices.
- No cash alternative is available.
- Dolphin Computer Access reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw this offer without prior notice if in Dolphin's sole opinion it is necessary to do so.
- If you lose your Dolphin Pen you lose your licence. Pen Cover is available for purchase as an additional item. Pen Cover Terms and conditions apply.
- These terms supplement the existing Dolphin Computer Access Terms and Conditions which will continue to apply.
