Position: Fixed Term 12 months

Hours of work: 37.5 per week, 9.00 - 5.30 Monday to Friday

The Role
The Role
Dolphin is working hard to improve customer experiences of its range of products and services, and is now looking to recruit a customer support apprentice, to work alongside the Customer Support team in delivering first rate service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be someone who is keen to learn about the Assistive Technology industry, with the potential and desire to progress into a more advanced support role within the company
You will
- Assist the Product Support team with administrative tasks.
- Create and update support documentation.
- Work with the Product Support team to develop troubleshooting skills and in-depth knowledge of our product range to include:
- Installation and configuration of computer hardware, operating systems and applications
- Troubleshooting system and diagnosing software problems
- Resolving hardware/software faults, replacing parts as required;
- Assist with product testing
- Provide telephone and email support to client's once appropriate troubleshooting knowledge has been gained.
The Person
Knowledge
IT literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

- Possess a calm and empathetic telephone manner, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have excellent administration skills.
