There are no tooltips on certain buttons displaying graphical text

Description:
There are no tooltips on certain buttons that have graphical text.
Solution/workaround:
Turn on self voicing options in Preferences General property sheet to have functionality read out loud or read the text on the button.
Tooltips for all buttons will be implemented in versions later then EaseReader 2.02.x.
