Menu and toolbar remains in Microsoft Word interface after uninstalling

Description:
After uninstalling Dolphin Producer the Dolphin Producer toolbar and menu are still present in the Microsoft Word Interface
Solution/workaround:
Remove toolbar:
1 Open Microsoft Word menu "Tools/Templates and Add-Ins…"
2 Press button "Organizer…"
3 Go to tab "Toolbars"
4 Select and delete unwanted toolbars
Remove menu:
5 Right click menu or toolbar area
6 Select option "Customize…"
7 When "Customize" dialog is open grab the unwanted menu and drop it outside the menu and toolbar area
