Toolbar area jumps when navigating

Description:
If you have the Dolphin Producer toolbar situated in the toolbar area of Microsoft Word the whole toolbar area will jump/flicker on “Play”, “Stop” and “Navigation”. It will also flicker as each sentence is read. This happens for the first document opened for each Microsoft Word session.
Solution/workaround:
1 Use the Dolphin Producer toolbar as a floating toolbar
2 Close the opened document without closing Microsoft Word and re-open it again
