- SuperNova Reader Magnifier
- SuperNova Screen Reader

Description:
When starting your Dolphin product you get an error message saying “ProductName not registered”, where ProductName is the name of your Dolphin product.
Solution/workaround:
During the installation of a single user version a number of keys are added to the system's registry. These keys are placed under the current user's profile and must be present in order for the software to successfully launch. If the user's registry has changed resulting in lost registration keys or the user has logged onto the system under a different profile then the not registered error message will appear. To rectify this, install the software directly to the account of the person using the software. Note: This user will need Administrator privileges for the duration of the install. Alternatively you can export the Dolphin registry keys from the installed account to the account you wish to use the product on. To locate the necessary registry keys carry out the following: • Login to the currently working profile. • Press the WINDOWS key, this will open the Windows start menu. • Press R, this will open the RUN box • Type REGEDIT • Press ENTER, this will launch the registry editor • Navigate using the CURSOR keys to highlight the following: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Dolphin • To export the key Press Alt+F, this will open the file menu • Press E, then chose the location to export the key to. Now open the users profile, open the registry editor. With the registry editor open press ALT+F to open the file menu. Press I, this will allow you to locate the registry keys exported and import these into the users profile. Dolphin Computer Access Ltd. cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Before attempting the following, for Windows 95/98/ME create a backup copy of your Windows Registry, create an emergency recovery disk (ERD) for Windows NT/2000 or set a system restore point for Windows XP. Failure to do this may result in a non-recoverable system as you are editing core registry keys.
