Windows server configurations tested with Supernova 12

Description:

Which Windows server configurations have been tested and are known to work succesfully with Supernova version 12?

Solution/workaround:

The following configurations have been tested and are known to work:

Platform: Windows Server 2003 R2 32bit

Standard network install.

Workstations tested on:

  • Windows 7 32bit
  • Windows XP SP3

Terminal Server Remote Desktop RDP connection.

Workstations tested on:

  • Windows 7 32bit
  • Windows XP SP3 with limited user and Administrator user.

Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 ICA connection on Client Citrix XenApp Program Neighbourhood 11.0.150.5357

Workstations tested on:

  • Windows XP SP3
  • Windows 7 32bit with limited user and Administrator user.

Platform: Windows Server 2003 R2 64bit

Standard network install

Workstations tested on:

  • Windows 7 32bit
  • Windows XP SP3

Terminal Server Remote Desktop RDP connection

Workstations tested on:

  • Windows 7 32 bit
  • Windows XP SP3 with limited user and Administrator user.

Citrix XenApp 5 on Client Citrix XenApp Program Neighbourhood 11.0.150.5357.

Workstations tested on:

  • Windows XP SP3
  • Windows 7 32bit with limited user and Administrator user

Platform: Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit:

Standard network install

Workstations tested on:

  • Windows 7 32bit
  • Windows XP SP3

Terminal Server Remote Desktop RDP connection.

Workstations tested on:

  • Windows 7 32bit
  • Windows XP SP3 with limited user and Administrator user.

Citrix XenApp 6 ICA connection on Client Citrix XenApp Program Neighbourhood 11.0.150.5357.
