Limited speech output in Microsoft Word 2010 Starter Edition

Description:
There is limited speech support in Microsoft Word 2010 Starter Edition, a reduced-functionality edition of Microsoft Word 2010. This includes document text not being spoken or tracked.
Solution/workaround:
Microsoft Word 2010 Starter Edition is not support by the Supernova range of products at the current time.
Word 2010 Starter edition does not support the inclusion of third party plugins which are required to get functionality from the program.
