The Automatic Dolphin Cursor and Item Finder fail to work following the installation of Trusteer Rapport software.

Description:
Some online banking sites including Natwest, Alliance and Leicester and Royal Bank of Scotland prompt users to install a piece of software called “Rapport” from “Trusteer”. Following the installation of this software, the Dolphin Cursor no longer turns on automatically when loading a web page in Internet Explorer, and the Item Finder also fails to work.
Solution/workaround:
