Text is not spoken when composing an email message in Windows Live Mail 2011 and version 11 Dolphin products.
Applies to:
- SuperNova Access Suite
- SuperNova Reader Magnifier
- SuperNova Screen Reader
Description:
When composing an email message in Windows Live Mail 2011 using a version 11 Dolphin Access product including Hal, Supernova or LunarPlus, the speech announces “Blank Line” when typing characters.
Solution/workaround:
Version 11 Dolphin products do not support Windows Live 2011. Support for this application was introduced in the version 12 range of Supernova products. Version 11 customers wishing to use Windows Live Mail should use Windows Live Mail 2009 which is supported. Some third party software download web sites have this available. We recommend using the following search term to locate a suitable download:
"Windows Live Mail 2009" download
