When attempting to launch Supernova through a Citrix session, the error: “A SuperNova component is not installed correctly. Errors dolvideo 0.Press Enter to correct the problem and reboot or Escape to continue” is displayed.

Description:
When attempting to launch Supernova through a Citrix session, the error: “A SuperNova component is not installed correctly. Errors dolvideo 0.Press Enter to correct the problem and reboot or Escape to continue” is displayed.Pressing ENTER to reboot does not correct the problem.
Solution/workaround:
Once Supernova has been installed to the Citrix server, you need to install andf configure the Dolphin Interceptor drivers to fuinction through a Citrix environment. For details on how to install SuperNova correctly in a Citrix environment, please ask Dolphin for information on the Citrix & Terminal Server Pack.
