A blue screen Stop Error (BSOD) is occurring when using Jaws 12 on a Windows 7 64-Bit machine with Supernova 12 installed.

Applies to:

  • Jaws 12
  • SuperNova Access Suite
  • SuperNova Magnifier
  • SuperNova Reader Magnifier
  • SuperNova Screen Reader
  • Dolphin Pen

Description:

Occasionally when running the Jaws 12 screen reader, a blue screen Stop Error is displayed referencing the file fsvidmir.dll.

Solution/workaround:

This is a third party fault not caused by the Dolphin product. Please contact your Jaws 12 supplier for additional information.
