Magnification does not track the cursor whilst typing if a Desktop Toolbar is present.
Applies to:
- Desktop Toolbar
- SuperNova Access Suite
- SuperNova Magnifier
- SuperNova Reader Magnifier
- Dolphin Pen
Description:
If a toolbar has been docked on the Windows Desktop, the magnification may not track or follow the cursor when typing in documents and other edit boxes.
Solution/workaround:
Turning off the Desktop toolbar will allow Supernova to track the cursor whilst typing.
To do this:
1. RIGHT CLICK on a blank area of the Windows Taskbar.
2. Choose "Toolbars"
3. In the submenu unselect "Desktop". The Desktop toolbar will be turned off and magnification should track the cursor again.
