A Supernova component is not installed correctly. The error code is 3.

Applies to:

  • SuperNova Access Suite
  • SuperNova Magnifier
  • SuperNova Reader Magnifier
  • SuperNova Screen Reader
  • Dolphin Pen

Description:

Supernova displays the above error message upon starting, and magnification doesn’t work. Speech also fails to read much of what is displayed on the screen.

Solution/workaround:

If the above error message is being displayed, please ensure that your computer's video card drivers are installed. Please contact your computer supplier to obtain information on where to find the latest video drivers for your particular display adapter.
