Solution/workaround:
A Registry entry needs to be added to resolve this issue caused by the Zoomtext video hook. Please only attempt the following if you are familiar with the Windows Registry Editor. If you are not, please contact Dolphin Product Support who can assist you with these changes.
1. Create a new sub key in the following location called "Add".
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dolboot

2. Create another sub key under "Add" called "dcmc0d0"

3. Under the "dcmc0d0" key create a Multi String value called "name" and enter the data as "dcmc0d0"
4. Under the "dcmc0d0" key also create a DWORD value called "type" and enter the data as "0"

5. Restart the PC.
If you continue to have problems please contact Dolphin Product Support.
