Character dropping when composing messages in Outlook 2007.
Applies to:
- SuperNova Access Suite
- SuperNova Magnifier
- SuperNova Reader Magnifier
- SuperNova Screen Reader
Description:
When you begin typing into a new email message, or when replying to an existing one, many characters typed do not appear on the screen.
Solution/workaround:
This may happen if the Outlook email message ruler is set to auto-hide. To resolve the issue, ensure the ruler is permanently on display. To do this, click on the button just above the vertical scroll bar in that email message. This will ensure the ruler is turned on permanently when composing all new emails from now on.
