When starting a Dolphin Pen on a Windows 7 64-Bit computer, SuperNova displays an error “Cannot open language file!” and SuperNova does not start.

- SuperNova Screen Reader
- Dolphin Pen
Description:
When launching SuperNova from a USB Dolphin Pen, the above error message is displayed.
Solution/workaround:
This may happen if a certain component has not installed. You can install this component manually. To do this:
1. Open the "Start" menu and chose “Computer”
2. Open the item called “DOLPHIN PEN”
3. Open the folder that corresponds to the version of SuperNova you have, for example:
SuperNova Access Suite = “SnovaSuite”
SuperNova Magnifier “SnovaMag”
SuperNova Reader Magnifier = “SnovaMagRead”
SuperNova Screen Reader = “SnovaRead”
4. Open the folder called “amd64”
5. Run the file called “dolcompinst”. After a few moments, restart the PC.
