Highlight is displaying above or below the current line of text on a web page in Internet Explorer
Applies to:
- SuperNova Access Suite
- SuperNova Reader Magnifier
- SuperNova Screen Reader
Description:
Whilst navigating a web page using the Dolphin Cursor, the highlight is not positioned on the line, but is instead just offset.
Solution/workaround:
This can happen if the Internet Explorer "Zoom" level is not set to 100%. You can change the Zoom level to 100% to fix this issue. To do this:
1. Press ALT + V. The Internet Explorer View" menu opens.
2. Use the UP and DOWN ARROW keys to select "Zoom" and press ENTER. A sub menu opens.
3. Use the UP and DOWN ARROW keys to select "100%" and press ENTER.
The Dolphin Cursor highlight should now be synchronised with the current line of text on the web page.
