After installing SuperNova on a Windows XP desktop computer containing an ATI Radeon X800 video card, SuperNova fails to magnify and displays a message stating “The error code is 3”.

Applies to:

  • SuperNova Access Suite
  • SuperNova Magnifier
  • SuperNova Reader Magnifier

Description:

After starting SuperNova on a computer matching the above description, SuperNova fails to magnify and displays the above error message.

Solution/workaround:

To resolve this problem please update your video card drivers to at least version 10.02 of the ATI Catalyst drivers.
