Speech announces “No Focus Detected” when pressing F2 to edit a cell contents in Excel using SuperNova

Applies to:

  • SuperNova Access Suite
  • SuperNova Screen Reader

Description:

Sometimes when you press F2 to edit a cell in Excel, the above message is spoken. This may occur on rows that originally appear below the visible area of the screen.

Solution/workaround:

To resolve this problem you need to maximise the work sheet within the main Excel application window.

To do this:

  • Press LEFT CONTROL + F10
