Unable to play a CD or listen to a Radio Station in Guide

A quick and easy solution to Resolve an issue with media features in Guide
Solution/workaround:
When Media Player is opened for the first time it will come up with a prompt that wants to verify some settings.
For Guide and Handsfree this can cause problems for the features in Guide that use media player such as playing CD’s and MP3’s and Using the internet Radio Player.
To resolve the issue is you open media player and the prompt will ask you if you wish to use the recommended settings or custom settings.
Choose the option recommended Settings and click the finish button it the bottom right corner of the window.
Now if you open Guide your media features should work correctly now.
