KNOWN ISSUE: Access Keys work intermittently in Internet Explorer with SuperNova 13.01.
Applies to:
- SuperNova Access Suite
- SuperNova Screen Reader
Description:
You may find that when visiting a web page in Internet Explorer that has implemented Access Keys, these keys do not always work.
Solution/workaround:
Access keys may not work if the following conditions are true:
1. You press an Access Key (such as AL T +1 on bbc.co.uk)
2. You then navigate the page using the Dolphin cursor (for example press ARROW DOWN)
After performing those steps, you may find that pressing ALT + 1 does not move you to the relevant position on the page again.
This issue is expected to be fixed in the forthcoming 13.02 update patch. Please contact Dolphin to enquire as to the release date of this update, or choose “Check for Updates” found in the “Help” menu of the SuperNova Control Panel.
