Dolphin, Proud to be w3c Compliant

News of an impending successful litigation against a US retailer, who refuses to ensure that its website is accessible, is sending waves of website improvements across the US. A federal judge has ruled that the Americans with Disabilities Act does cover commercial websites and it is hoped will improve the web accessibility for the 9 million visually impaired Americans and other web visitors worldwide. The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (the DDA) provides similar protection for website visitors in the UK.
Dolphin Computer Access can confirm that our new e-commerce site www.YourDolphin.com, that is now selling to over 100 countries worldwide, is designed to be accessible to everyone.
The site is tested regularly against the Website Accessibility Initiative (WAI) guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) to ensure that standards are adhered to and maintained.
