Sad loss of a dear friend

This morning Dolphin received the sad news from Nuance Communications of the sudden and untimely death of Torsten Brand.
Torsten will be remembered as a highly respected pioneer in the assistive technology industry. As a Product Manager of Mobile Applications for Nuance Communications, Torsten led from the front, championing the development of his screen reader software for mobile phones, Nuance TALKS.
Over the past two years, we have had the absolute privilege to work much more closely alongside Torsten. We got to know a lot about his sense of humour, his drive, enthusiasm and vision. Torsten will be greatly missed by all members of the Dolphin team, but especially those of us who worked directly with him on a regular basis.
On behalf of everyone at Dolphin we would like to extend our sincerest condolences to Torsten's family, his friends and work colleagues throughout this time.
