TIP: Editing Audio with Dolphin Publisher

(Applies to: Dolphin Publisher)

Setting the default sound editor

Dolphin Publisher contains audio editing tools to allow you to insert pauses, resample, amplify, silence and fade audio tracks. However, you may prefer to use your existing audio editing software, this can be defined in the "Folders" category of "General options" (Ctrl + G).

Changing the default sound editor means that any audio that is selected within the waveform display of Dolphin Publisher is then transferred to your preferred software program for editing.  This is an excellent way of utilising existing skills and functions that you may have.
