TIP: Dolphin can fix support issues remotely

Using Team Viewer
If you have a SuperNova issue for Dolphin's Product Support team, you can help us to help you by taking advantage of the new Dolphin remote assistance Team Viewer application included with SuperNova (new with version 12). When prompted by a Dolphin Product Support Assistant, you can press CONTROL + SHIFT + T to start the Dolphin remote assistance Team Viewer application. This enables Dolphin to fix issues for you without having to send your PC away for inspection. The Product Support assistant will guide you through the process over the phone.
