Chapter 1: Overview
Winamp is a well-known audio player especially popular among visually impaired computer users. It has a very complete keyboard interface, an equaliser for changing the sound of the music and it supports playlists too. For more advanced users, Winamp can be extended with plugins enabling it to support new or lesser known file formats and apply effects such as changing the speed of audio without affecting the pitch.
Winamp can be downloaded from the Winamp website.
This tutorial is designed to help you setup and use the Winamp software in conjunction with SuperNova version 13.
