Can EasyConverter handle locked or protected PDFs?

Version 2 of EasyConverter introduced support for locked or protected PDFs, and these can be accessed by inputing the relevant password(s). Because there are a number of applications that enable people to create PDFs there are a number of types of passwords. These are sometimes described as "user passwords" or "owner passwords" and knowledge of both may be required.
