What is the difference between the PEN version and CD edition of Dolphin’s Software?
Don’t worry you are not losing any functionality of the software product just because you choose to purchase the PEN version rather than the CD or vice versa. The difference is purely down to the delivery method of the software to your PC or laptop.
When you install the CD edition of the software, it will be installed on your own machine, so unless you have a laptop the software is only available on your home or office machine.
While with the Dolphin PEN you don’t have to install it onto your PC, the software is pre-installed directly into the PEN’s internal memory. Simply plug it into any computer and hey presto your Dolphin software (and as importantly your individual settings) will load automatically. Thankfully the days where you were confined to one PC are long gone!
