Does the demo version have any restrictions or limitations?

Very simply, No! As a demo version the software will only operate for 30 days (15 days for EasyTutor) before requiring you to purchase the unlock code, however during those initial 30 days (15 days for EasyTutor) you will receive all the options and functionality of the full retail version.
