Can I choose different colours for the text, background and highlighting in EasyReader?

Straight from the EasyReader interface, you can choose from 48 different preset colours or create your own to alter the colours of the text, the background, the highlighted area as well as an additional glow colour behind the highlighted text. This means that you can select the exact colours and backgrounds which meet your preferences
