Is Dolphin Guide a Screen Reader?

Although Dolphin Guide reads aloud the menus and options on your computer screen it is not a full screen reader. Dolphin Guide replaces the Windows Interface with easy to use menus to help you with every step. As you browse a web page or write a letter or email, Dolphin Guide will read the text to you so is suitable for users who are blind or have impaired vision, especially those who are new to computers.
