New in version 11.56 (released: 24/09/2010)

Included in v11.56 is significant performance improvements for users who use Microsoft Office 2010. If you are using Office 2010, Dolphin advise you update to v11.56.

Performance in Office 2010:

FIX: Users experiencing general performance problems in Office 2010 will notice significant improvements, thanks to some newer MSAA scanning code and some changes to optimise the dom.

Word:

FIX: A fix has been made to the Dolphin script engine to resolve some reported problems in the Microsoft Word XP, 2003 and 2007 spell checker.

Email:

FIX: For Outlook XP and Outlook 2003 users using MS Word as the mail editor; after selecting an address from the suggested names list, users may have been experiencing problems where cursoring back through the names did not announce the text.

FIX: Problems in the contacts area of Windows Live Mail have been resolved.

Instant Messaging:

FIX: A fix has been included for Live Messenger where the focus was not being tracked when moving in the chat history window.

Winamp:

FIX: A fix has been included where the Winamp hotkeys stopped announcing.

Crashes:

CRASH FIX: Crash report number 11E290 has been fixed in the Snova.exe.

CRASH FIX: Crash report number 1701C6 has been fixed in the Snova.exe.

CRASH FIX: A crash has been fixed for the dolmagengine.

CRASH FIX: A crash has been fixed for the dol_sit.

Other:

FIX: A fix has been included so the correct map file is applied for the Dolphin control panel.
