New in version 2.12 (released: 22/10/2008)

This update fixes the following issues:

• Fixed: There was a problem with duplicated IDs being generated under certain circumstances during the recording of page numbers.
• Fixed: Dolphin Publisher was not re-numbering all IDs in the project properly which caused validation errors in the distribution build.
• Fixed: There was a problem creating a new project from a very large DOC file.
• Fixed: When removing page numbers from the Table of Content editor in a type 2 book (navigation + audio), the .SMIL files contained invalid ID links.
• Fixed: Incorrect PDTB creation issue (a fix was made to ensure that the first heading in the PDTB was pointing out the title audio (and text).
• Fixed: Mismatch in meta between Dolphin Publisher and validator (two fixes were made to make the DTB valid with the meta data value "ncc:kByteSize".
• Fixed: Bug in ncc:files and ncc:kByteSize (Dolphin Publisher did not calculate the meta data "ncc:kByteSize" properly on multi volume DTBs).
• Fixed: Crashes MS Vista SP1 and latest patches (some problems/crashes were experienced on some updated Vista systems).
• Fixed: Hangs on multi-volume build (a fix was made to avoid a hanging problem on some large DTBs on multi volume builds).
