Specify image resolution for NIMAS, DTB, EPUB and HTML

EasyConverter's input settings include an option to specify the maximal DPI for images in an input document. Images with higher DPI (dots per inch) are clearer, but can add significantly to the memory size of a document. Options include to set the maximal DPI to 72, 96, 120, 150, 200, 300, 400, 500 and 600.

In EasyConverter, the maximal DPI can be applied to the input modules NIMAS, DTBook, EPUB and HTML.
