1. The free CD license is registered to the same Pen user and is for the sole use of that Pen license owner.
2. The free CD license must not be split from the Pen, loaned, sold, donated, or given to any person or organisation, without the prior written consent of Dolphin Computer Access.
3. The free CD license is supplied with the same Dolphin software as is purchased on the pen.  i.e. Purchase a SuperNova Magnifier Pen and receive a free SuperNova Magnifier CD license.
4. No cash alternative is available.
5. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other Dolphin promotions or e-voucher codes.
6. The closing date for this promotion is 23.59 hours on the 31st December 2011 (GMT). 
7. Dolphin Computer Access reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw this offer without prior notice if in Dolphin’s sole opinion it is necessary to do so.
8. Future upgrades will be chargeable at the normal Pen and CD license upgrade prices.
9. If you lose your pen you lose your license.  Pen cover is available for purchase as an additional item.  Pen Cover Terms and conditions apply.
10. These terms supplement the existing Dolphin Computer Access Terms and Conditions which will continue to apply.
11. You may use this promotion as many times as you like up to the closing date.
12. Standard turnaround times apply although may be subject to extension during periods of high demand.
13. Dolphin is not liable for pricing errors on the website.
