Colin: I will access my online banking probably at least twice a day.

Kirsty: Online banking, I don't know how I would be without that.

David: I use it mostly for just checking my balance, making sure that everything is up to date.

David: A lot of the cash machines I find are not very accessible.

Catherine: Because I can do it at whatever time of day or night, I can make sure there is enough money there for when I am paying my mortgage.

SuperNova: I want to, pay an existing bill. Unchecked radio, checked.

Aj: It probably, you know, gives me a lot more independence, I would say.

Catherine: Completely between me and my bank and I don't have to include anybody else in that process.

James: For me the reliability and speed is the key thing.

Kirsty: The speed is definitely improved.

Colin: I can transfer my funds or check my balance instantly.

James: If I had to wait a few seconds every time i pressed a key, that would eventually mount up to quite a lot of seconds of waiting, sitting about doing nothing.

Aj: I think it is just frustrating when you know that the information, especially when for sighted users it can be available in just a click. Why should I wait to get that same information as them?

Catherine: People don't want to be sat in front of computers for any longer than they have to be. I am not sort of naturally interested in computers, I want them to do a job for me.

Aj: Reliability & speed are probably the most important things when using the Internet.
