Keeping it simple, SaySo breaks spellings down into 3 logical steps:

 

1. Your sentence
This is the sentence that includes your spelling error. Your misspelling is highlighted in red.

 

 

2. Your word
Contains only your misspelled word.

 

 

3. Did you mean?
Contains SaySo's suggested spellings for your misspelled word. There are two choices
- Spelt like
- Sounds like

Simply switch between the "spelt like" and "sounds like" suggestions using the tabs.
Not sure if you've picked the correct suggested spelling? Play aloud SaySo's dictionary definitions to check their meaning.

Sounds Like Spelling Suggestions

Using its phonetic 'Sounds Like' suggestion technology, SaySo is able to correctly suggest spelling corrections that Microsoft Word won't offer you.

Based on how your misspelled word would sound if read aloud, SaySo intelligently offers words with similar phonetic spellings. Particularly useful if you have used letter combinations which sound similar, such as "f" instead of "th", or "c" instead of "k"!
