[Vocaliser] Learn Dolphin SuperNova, Save and Restore Magnified Positon

SuperNova can remember where the magnifier is positioned, and return later at the touch of button. This is useful if you often need to refer back to something you were viewing earlier.

To remember a magnified position, simply move the magnifier to the location you wish to refer back to, and then press RIGHT CONTROL and NUMPAD ZERO.

Now you can move away with your mouse.

To return to the magnified position, simply press RIGHT CONTROL and FULLSTOP. The magnified will snap back to the remembered position.

This position will be remembered until you save a new one.
