Screen reader with Speech and Braille support

For a complete list of improvements and bug fixes please refer to the Online Help in the product. New features in this version include:

• Training mode - added "inches" option to virtual object positioning to cope with different screen dots per inch (DPI's).
• Added scroll up and scroll down actions - if defined (in a Filter or map) will be used by document read to scroll for non-Dom areas.
• Announces a message when entering the list utility so the user knows something has happened.
• Implemented list of objects (edit fields, list boxes, buttons, radio controls and checkboxes) for Internet Explorer, the hot key for this is Dolphin Key + 5.
