• New Installation.
  Dolphin EasyReader 2.30 comes with a new self voiced installation.
• Support for playing all types of DAISY 2.02 books.
  All six types of DAISY 2.02 books can be opened and read in Dolphin EasyReader 2.30.
  It is now possible to read the textual information using a user specified speech synthesiser.
• Support for playing all types of NISO 2002 books.
  It is possible to open and read all types that are created in the NISO Z39.86-2002 format.
• Support for playing multi volume NISO 2002 books.
  It is possible to open and read multi volume NISO books that are created in the NISO Z39.86-2002 format.
• Support for playing Bookshare DAISY.
  It is also possible to read Bookshare material produced as Bookshare DAISY.
• Support for playing all types of NISO 2005 books.
  It is possible to open and read all types that are created in the NISO Z39.86-2005 format.
• Support for playing HTML and text documents.
  It is possible to open and read HTML and text documents using TTS.
• Change Self Voicing settings from within Dolphin EasyReader.
  The self voicing settings are changed and are controlled from within Dolphin EasyReader.
  Support for SAPI 4 and SAPI 5 voices.
• Sentence and word highlight reading with TTS.
  Support for Sentence/Phrase highlight and word highlight when reading with TTS.
  Word highlighting is supported for text based formats.
• Visual feedback recording Audio Notes.
  A red and green lamp indicates recording and playback of audio notes in bookmark dialog.
• New Bookmark pin.
  The Bookmark Pin now shows if it is a simple bookmark, if it contains text, if it contains audio or all of them.
• Orpheus 2
  Dolphin EasyReader comes with Orpheus 2.07 synthesiser from Dolphin so you do not need a separate text-to-speech synthesiser.
• Support for specific foot pedal device.
  It is possible to perform simple navigation (Play/Stop, Previous Phrase and Next Phrase ) using vPedal USB device from Vpedal.com (http://www.vpedal.com).
  Please note, this requires DirectX 8 or later and USB support. Not supported for Windows 98SE.
• Support for use on shared computer.
  It is possible to use Dolphin EasyReader on a shared computer with multiple user profiles on one computer.
