This offers all customers the opportunity to return any goods which they are not satisfied with, either because of their quality, fitness for use or if their functionality is impaired in any way. The full product must be returned to either us or your dealer, with proof of purchase, within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds will only be granted if the product has not been activated. Dolphin products allow 30 days use before activation is required. Full details can be found in the Dolphin product End user Licence Agreement (EULA). For Guide and Guide Handsfree products, refunds will only be granted if a valid deactivation code is supplied with the returned goods. - If I cancel my order how long will it take for me to be refunded?
