When contacting Dolphin Support please supply the following information:

  • Your details (name, address, postcode, telephone number and email address).
  • Dolphin product name, version number and serial number.
  • Your computer's operating system e.g. Windows XP.
  • A detailed description of the issue; this should include what is happening, which software applications are in use e.g. Microsoft Word, the version numbers of software applications in use e.g. Office 2010 and steps to replicate the issue.
